Delivery and returns policies

The Delivery and Return Policies outlined in the store regulations specify the rules for the sale of products offered by the store operating at, owned by Metafor Wojciech Mierzwa, located at 12/24 Władysława Wagnera Street, 81-578 Gdynia, Poland, engaged in the production and sale of furniture products and providing specialized design services.

The company is registered with REGON: 260767881 and VAT number: 6642131882 (VAT EU: PL6642131882).


  1. Each product is assigned an order processing time. The order processing time is specified in business days and is counted from the day the payment is credited to the Seller's account, i.e., confirmation of the order placement by the Customer, to the day the ordered goods are shipped.

  2. In the case where the Customer orders products with different processing times, the longest processing time applies.

  3. The delivery time is the sum of the order processing time and the shipping time.

  4. The delivery times are as follows: a) Courier within Poland – up to 21 business days; b) Courier outside Poland within the European Union – up to 34 business days; c) Courier outside the European Union – individually determined.

  5. The shipping costs within the EU are borne by the Buyer unless stated otherwise in the promotion.

  6. The shipping costs outside the EU are borne by the Buyer.

  7. The delivery cost is calculated and displayed during the ordering process and is assigned to the purchased product.


  1. The Customer is obligated to check the condition of the shipment and its contents in the presence of the Delivery Person / Courier.

  2. In the event of transport damage, the Customer should act diligently as required by the provisions of the Transport Law Act of November 15, 1984 (Consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2012.1173) to maintain the liability of the Delivery Person, in particular, to ensure a protocol is established by the Delivery Person regarding the condition of the shipment and the circumstances of the damage.

  3. The Customer is obligated to sign for the receipt of the shipment from the Delivery Person in writing.

  4. Upon signing the receipt, ownership of the goods and all associated risks, particularly the risk of loss or damage, transfer to the Customer.


  1. The rights and obligations of the Customer, who is a consumer, are specified in the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

  2. The Customer can submit a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement via email by sending such a declaration to

  3. The Customer can withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without providing a reason and without incurring any costs. This applies to goods without visible damage resulting from use and goods without changes made through use.

  4. The Customer can file a complaint.

  5. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement or filing a complaint, the proper address for returns or complaints is as follows: 12/24 Władysława Wagnera Street, 81-578 Gdynia, Metafor Wojciech Mierzwa. Complaints can also be submitted electronically via email to

  6. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods by the Customer from the Delivery Person.

  7. The Customer can withdraw from the Agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller.

  8. To meet the deadline mentioned in § 7 point 3 of the Terms, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry.

  9. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement in accordance with § 7 of the Terms, the Agreement is considered void.

  10. The Seller, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal declaration, will refund all payments made by the Customer, minus the transport cost.

  11. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment method used by the Customer unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different refund method that does not incur any costs.

  12. If the Seller did not offer to collect the goods from the Customer themselves, they may withhold the refund until they receive the goods back or the Customer provides proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

  13. If the Customer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obligated to refund the additional costs incurred by the Customer.

  14. The Customer must return the goods to the Seller without delay, no later than 14 days from the day they withdrew from the Agreement, unless the Seller proposed to collect the goods themselves. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the 14-day period expires. The Customer must properly secure the goods against damage when returning them.

  15. The Seller is obligated to collect the goods at their own cost if, due to the nature of the goods, they cannot be returned by standard postal or courier methods. This does not exclude the Customer's obligation to return the goods properly secured against damage.

  16. The Customer is responsible for reducing the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way that exceeds what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

  17. The right to withdraw from the Agreement does not apply to the Customer who ordered non-prefabricated goods, made to the Customer's specifications or serving to meet their individual needs.

  18. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Customer must return the received VAT invoice with the goods or send proof of purchase electronically.

  19. The Seller will handle complaints promptly, no later than 7 business days from the day of receiving the complaint.

  20. After handling the complaint, the Seller will inform the Customer of their position via email or phone.

  21. The Seller will replace the defective goods with non-defective ones. If this is not possible, the Seller will refund the Customer's costs or offer another product available in the Store's offer.

Placing an order signifies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as well as the delivery and return policies.
